Melon

Ripen melon is considered as calmative, refreshing, alkalizer, mineralizer, oxidizer, diuretic, laxative and emollient.

Melon is recommended against gout, rheumatism, arthritis, obesity, colitis, intestinal atony, constipation, kidney affections, kidney lithiasis, nephritis, cystitis, leucorrhoea, urethritis, blennorrhea, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, icterus, biliary calculi, hepatic insufficiency, and other liver affections.

Melon juice is indicated for the treatment of typhoid fever, throat, esophagus and stomach mucosity, and against acidosis.

Professor Nicolas Capo recommends melon for women with uterus or ovarian problems, as he says the fruit has a dissolvent and oxidizing effect, acting as a natural cicatrizer, blood regenerator and menstrual flow-normalizing agent, helping in the elimination of polypi, blood clots, inflammations, itching and ulcers.

Against Stomach and Esophagus Diseases, Gastritis, Hepatic Insufficiency and other Liver Diseases: Drink sporadically melon juice. Switch meals over this juice. Smash the seeds with water and honey (into the liquefier), filter and drink 3 cups a day of it, warm and well diluted.

Against Typhoid Fever: Melon juice.

Against throat mucosity: Switch meals over the melon juice and gargle with juice.

Against inappetency: Smash the seeds with water and honey (into the liquefier), filter and drink it well diluted, 2 hours and a half before meals.
